What is timeline healing?
Timeline healing is a unique healing modality. It’s designed to help people complete Earthly karma, retrieve soul fragments, and heal etheric imprints from past traumas. It is based on the premise that everything exists in the Now moment – all dimensions of space and time. What we refer to as past lives are really simultaneous parallel incarnations. The past and the future can be accessed from the present moment, with a little bit of relaxing and guidance. In timeline healing, we view situations in the past that burden us from the perspective of the Higher Self. This vantage point allows us to clear negative imprints, understand life lessons, heal and forgive so that we can truly be free.
How did you discover timeline healing?
I discovered timeline healing at a point in my life when I was deep in personal development. I had studied with a South Indian guru and learned meditation and breathing exercises. I was reading a lot of self-help and personal development books. All of these things made a profound impact on me, but I wanted to work one on one with someone. I just didn’t know who. Many of the coaches and teachers I read about were inaccessible. They either had really expensive fees or were not seeing people in private sessions. So I put the request out to meet the right teacher and let go of attachment.
Then I began having reoccurring dreams. In the dream a friend of mine told me to google a particular phrase. When I finally listened, and did google the phrase from the dream, I found the website of a timeline healer in my area. As soon as I saw her picture I knew I was meant to go to her. This healer had discovered timeline healing on her own, and developed a system that she used with clients. I was able to make big shifts with timeline healing. The healer I worked with has since transitioned. But she made a lasting impact on me.
Years later I heard about the healer Sal Rachele. I was excited to hear that he had developed a healing method calling timeline healing. Sal created timeline healing because he saw how difficult it could be for humanity to clear the imprints of trauma. It was very similar to the healing work that had made such an impact on me. After years of successful use in his own practice, Sal began teaching timeline healing to others. Before I knew it, I had taken his basic certification course, then proceeded all the way to the master level.
What are some of your favorite ways to use timeline healing?
I love using future timeline healing to help people make important decisions. I have found it helpful in healing religious trauma, dysfunctional relationships, leaky auras (from giving power away), learning self-love, boundaries and more. Perhaps my favorite use in these times is empowering women and anchoring in Divine Feminine energy. We still have an overlay of the patriarchal grid that encompassed humanity for thousands of years. We can clear these imprints using timeline healing.
How many sessions does it take to see results?
Timing and results vary. It depends on how deeply embedded the issue is, how ready a person is to let go of old patterns, and several other factors. Sometimes issues heal quickly and completely, in one session. More complex issues can take 6-8 sessions. My advice is to allow the healing process to unfold without expectations on timing. With timeline healing (and other healing modalities) if too much energy moves too quickly, there may be a rebound effect. In my opinion, it is better to make smaller changes that can be easily integrated. I also recommend a 7 day period in between sessions.
What is a timeline healing session like?
I usually begin with an introduction session. This 15-30 minute video chat takes place at some point before timeline healing. We discuss the issue seeking resolution, spiritual beliefs, and anything else of concern. In this way, when the scheduled time for healing begins, we can just jump right in. You can contact me for a free introduction session if you want to connect and see if timeline healing is right for you.
Timeline healing sessions are usually done over the phone (audio only), since it is recommended that eyes are closed. You need a comfortable place to sit or lay down. The first couple of minutes are focused on relaxing. I sometimes incorporate sound (using tuning forks) to help people settle so they can access the deeper parts of their Self. In timeline healing we work with the Higher Self – the part of you that is connected to all of Creation, that is all-knowing and powerful and loving. Your Higher Self has the view “from the mountaintop” and can see where various paths and trails lead. It speaks to you through intuition, guiding you and supporting you. Once the mind is settled we call in the Higher Self. Depending on the goal of the session, we travel to the past or to the future. We clean up energy from past hurts, or pre-pave an energetic path to a desired future. Then we seal the event, and return to the present. Each session is different. We are always following the guidance of the Higher Self.
What’s your favorite part of timeline healing?
My favorite part of timeline healing is that it empowers the client. Every time you energetically connect with the Higher Self, you strengthen that connection. And you begin to learn, viscerally, what that feels like. When you know what your true self feels like, you’re less likely to be swayed by the negative ego. You’re more likely to say, “thank you” and move forward in the direction of your dreams. This healing builds trust in the Self.
What kind of experiences have you had as a timeline healer?
I have had some truly mind-bending experiences with timeline healing. It has made me a believer that anything can heal. My favorite experience is when a client heals so much that their past seems to shift. This is usually a sign that they are on a new energy level, a different parallel reality. We can’t erase our past, but we can change the effect it has on us.
I will share an example with you. I worked with a client who hadn’t received unconditional love as a child. In her adult life she kept creating the same types of romantic relationships with men- she never felt appreciated, loved and treated well. But the wounding from her childhood kept her in these relationships longer than she preferred. After one particularly bad breakup, she developed a problem with alcohol. This had a ripple effect in her life; her career, friendships, finances and self-esteem suffered. She felt like a black cloud weighed her down and prevented her from living the life she wanted in the present moment.
During timeline healing, we cleared the imprints that were burdening her in the present. After clearing them, my client knew that she had made a shift because she was free from the cycle of recreating her negative past. She knows, logically, that she had wounding from her childhood. That it impacted her choices in relationships. But she is no longer bound to recreate the past. She is free from that cycle and can focus on creating the future she desires.
Are there any side-effects to timeline healing?
The most common side-effects of timeline healing are a sense of peace, completion, integration, and spiritual connection. Sometimes people come out of a timeline healing session feeling a complete state-shift; other times just a sense of deep relaxation. As with any healing modality, there are risks inherent to examining trauma. What I like about timeline healing is that revisiting unpleasant experiences is done from the vantage point of the Higher Self. You are not asked to relive the trauma and pain.
Sometimes there is a detox effect after timeline healing; a post-session period of integration. You may have vivid dreams, feel tired or even achey. Lots of water, grounding and rest are the best ways to deal with this. It’s a sign that the old energies are leaving the body. Sometimes people experience “echos” of the issue they healed in a session. For example, if you worked on holding your energy around people like energy vampires, or narcissists, you might see them pop up in your life soon after a session. When this happens, don’t be alarmed. Understand that this is an opportunity to test out your newly acquired skills. Can you hold your energy, when before you couldn’t? These “echos” of the past are common to experience as you master creating your preferred reality.
What should I do to prepare for a timeline healing session?
Drink a lot of water to lessen any detox effect. After the session I recommend grounding. Grounding will ease the detoxification process.
What do you think is the biggest challenge of these times, and how can timeline healing help?
The biggest challenge I see is that we are finishing up karmic cycles on Earth. A lot of light workers were born into intense challenges to finish up their earthly karma in this lifetime. Those challenging early imprints can sometimes hang around and create a repetition loop, a “Groundhog Day” effect. Life becomes full of karmic cycles rather than joyful creation.
In addition, we are in the midst of a great collective Shift. The old energy grid of humanity is collapsing, and we are entering a new age. Humanity is going through a collective purge as we finish up old cycles. We are tasked with creating new systems and this in itself can be extremely stressful.
My greatest joy is empowering people to finish their karmic cycles and move on to creating a life they prefer. We don’t need to hang around in karmic loops once we’ve learned what we need to know. In a sense, timeline healing breaks cycles of unconscious repetition of the past. It empowers people to connect with themselves in the present moment, and with the Future Self. When we connect to the parallel reality that we prefer, we take our rightful place as powerful, creative spiritual beings.
Christine DeBenedetto is a timeline healer, who holds certifications in basic, advanced and master levels of timeline healing from the mystic Sal Rachele. Christine’s love of music and the effect of sound on the energy body led her to sound healing. She has a certification in sound healing accredited by the Complementary Medicinal Association of the United States. She is also a scientist who loves the intersection of physics and spirituality. It is her belief that the merging of these two fields will create a new, grounded, practical spirituality that will serve humanity in years to come.
