After my unexpected kundalini awakening, I felt stuck a lot. Negative feelings and thought patterns arose and hung around like dark clouds. They were difficult to transform and heal.

Today I want to share some simple things you can do to master your energy. These are especially helpful if you are feeling ungrounded, disoriented and stuck during your spiritual awakening.
Shake Up Your Routine
Take a different route to work. Eat a new breakfast. Wear something you wouldn’t normally choose. Talk to a new person while you are out. Invite new energy into your life with your physical actions.
Complete the Circuit
I’ve noticed that many people who come to me for grounding have a similar energetic disposition – they are very good at taking in energy but don’t always productively process it. Do you have unfinished projects lying around everywhere? Is your house clean but cluttered? Do you get inspiration often but don’t have the energy to follow through? All of these loose ends up use up our energy. Reclaim your energy and follow through on your loose ends. The constant processing during a spiritual awakening uses up a lot of our energy. See what you can free yourself of. Instead of taking in new items or projects, ask yourself what you can finish up and free yourself from.
Release the Old
We can show the Universe we are ready to let go of old patterns by taking physical action. Go through your closet and basement and donate, recycle, or throw out what no longer serves you. If you have relationships that you have outgrown maybe it’s time to take some space from them. Letting go of that which we have outgrown and stepping out in trust is one of the best things a person can do to shift to a higher vibrational state.
These simple actions can easily be incorporated into your daily life. Doing them consistently can help move you through a rut in your healing journey. Combine them with my other body vibration raising techniques for powerful, lasting transformation!

Health is key, I always feel grounded when I’m healthy. even if the trigger appears, after processing my emotion I feel even more grounded, but if my health is not good, a thousand healing times is not enough, and I will fall into the healing trap 🤣
