Most of the calls and emails I get for kundalini help revolve around stopping the chaos that often comes with an intense spiritual awakening. In some of my other posts I share ways to reduce the intensity.
Today I want to share an energetic understanding of what happens to energy fields during kundalini. This intellectual understanding helped my physical mind when everything was changing. I found these words in the book Human Tuning by John Beaulieu, N.D. PhD.
“For an energy field to turn into a new energy field, the original energy field must disorganize and fall apart. When the new tone is introduced, the geometric pattern becomes visually disorganized and chaotic before it transforms into a new geometric pattern.”
“Chaos is defined as…the formless matter supposed to have preceded the existence of the ordered universe. From this perspective, chaos is a natural part of growth and evolution. It is a necessary part of a continuum of energy fields falling apart and reforming into new energy fields leading to the Universal Energy Field. Learning, growth, healing, and higher states of consciousness are not possible without chaos. “
“When we make a real change, everything changes. When we experience chaos in our life, it means that something is trying to change. The more we resist the chaos, the more it is like trying to shift gears without going into neutral.”
Dr. Beaulieu goes on to say that the easiest ways to shift are to keep your awareness on the tone / energetic field you are shifting to. I completely agree.
Kundalini is the ultimate collapse of the old energy fields, and lots of wobbling around while the new patterns anchor into your consciousness and merge with your bioenergetic field. This is made much easier if you have some way to anchor the new, higher levels of consciousness into your field. This can be done through sound, light, and working with spiritual teachers who have made it to the other side.
This energetic understanding of collapsing fields helped me to surrender, trust and flow with the changes. This is truly the best way to handle the chaos that often comes with kundalini.
