Process of Unified Breathing With Mother Earth and Father Sun

Preparation & breathing

Lie down or stand. If you sit in a chair it may be more difficult. Breathe deeply – 2 sets of 5 breaths each, every inhalation and exhalation from the lower part of your lungs, i.e. pushing forward your abdomen when inhaling. If you do the “normal” breathing (i.e. using the upper part of lungs) results will be limited.

Make every inhale/exhale about 6-7 seconds. Do a 1-2 second pause before the next inhalation/exhalation.

If after 2 sets you don’t feel relaxed, repeat.

Main Procedure

1. Imagine a big, shining, transparent and empty sphere in front of your eyes.
2. Think of the most beautiful landscape you ever saw in your life, pure nature with no people or artificial objects in it. Feel the deepest love and gratitude from your heart for Mother Earth and start to fill by intention the sphere with your love.
3. When you feel/see that the sphere is full of your love, send it by intention to the center of Mother Earth and see it flying and disappearing into the center of Mother Earth.
4. If you really sent your full love then Mother Earth will respond back immediately with an immense tsunami of her love that will submerge you! Ultimately as a body you are her child. Feel this happiness for 1-2 minutes.
5. Without releasing the connection with Mother Earth, repeat steps 1-4 concerning Father Sun this time, and thinking at steps 2-4 of Father Sun (at step 2 think of the sky full of stars instead of a landscape). Fill the sphere with love for Father Sun, who keeps your body alive with his light and radiation and send the sphere to his center. Father Sun answers on higher frequencies than Mother Earth and you might feel his answer or not, but I assure you he responds.
6. Stay 1-2 minutes in connection with both your Parents and feel their love and power.
7. Without releasing the connection with Mother Earth and Father Sun, repeat steps 1-4 concerning Yourself this time, and thinking at steps 2-4 of your own heart! Fill the sphere with love for yourself and send the sphere to your heart. Your higher-self will answer with love and kindness and you will feel his energies.

You have now reached the Sacred Trinity, i.e. Sun-Man-Earth! Stay a few minutes and enjoy their love and energy and feel again reconnected in a state of gratitude to them.
