Today I am sharing an amazing breathing exercise. It can help move stuck energy in the head from excess kundalini.

I came across this exercise somewhat late in my saga to heal the stuck energy pressure in my head. It is extremely helpful.
Now that the pressure in my head is healed, I talk to people all over the world to help them heal their own stuck energies. Some readers have found spinal breathing after seeking help from Taoists and Yogis experienced in helping with kundalini crisis. Many people say that this breathing alone helped them to move the stuck energy in the head.
To do the exercise, you sit with back straight and feet on the floor. As you inhale, place your attention on energy moving up your spine, through the center of your head and brain, to the third eye. On the exhale, place your attention on energy moving down the front – center meridian of your body to the perineum (genital area).
There is an excellent article here with more details.
A note of caution: if you are experiencing overactive kundalini, already feeling energy moving up the spine, you will likely feel more and it may be unsettling. I found that performing this breathing exercise in small doses helped me to strengthen my inner circuitry so that the Ren meridian (along the front center of the body) became as toned as the channel up the spine.
